Habakkuk
Then & Now
As I was reading Habakkuk during my morning quiet time, I was given some insight I have not considered before. The phrase, ”The more things change, the more they stay the same,'' came to my mind. Jeremiah and Habakkuk were contemporaries living in Judaea just before and during the time when Babylon took them away. While Jeremiah taught that wickedness in God's own people has doomed them, Habakkuk preached about the corruption that had infested the government of their day. His opening verse gives us all we need to know about how evil the government of the Southern tribe of Judah had become.

Man Scale
Ken Graves, the senior pastor of Calvary Chapel Bangor ME, offers up his opinion of the, "Man Scale". Ken's scale has men like Mr Rogers on one end, and men like to Mr T on the other end. His advice to all men is to get on the man scale and be a man. So, are you some place between Mr Rogers and Mr T? If not, then you better look to God through Christ to find out where you are lacking, because God wants all men to be men.
Gospel of Matthew Notes & Outlines
Ruth
Notes & Outlines
Please join me in my new study in the book of Ruth.
Ruth is a poignant story of faithless disobedience, that leads to death, sorrow, bitterness, and then loyalty and finally redemption. It's my prayer that you will realize that if an inconspicuous Moabite peasant woman could achieve royalty for her descendants in Israel, then anyone can gain Salvation.
A Train Ride
From My Past
Have you ever wondered how people get from point A to point B? I don't mean in a physical mileage way, but rather an emotional, phycological, and spiritual way. We all take in our surroundings and make decisions based upon the way we see things happening, and the way we feel. Then we get to a certain point in our life when we take an inventory of how we are doing. Sometimes we're relatively satisfied, other times we're disappointed, but do we ever really reflect upon the decisions we made that ultimately got us to point B?

Ben Underwood, The Eyeless Boy Who Could See As Good As If He Had Eyes (Video)
Ben Underwood
I wrote this in early 2011, but I decided to update it by adding a few paragraphs, and I changed some dates that are more relevant to today. I wanted to share it again with everyone, because what Ben accomplished in his short time in this World should never ever be forgotten. Anyone who struggles with problems in this World, know what Ben Underwood was against. Yet Ben never complained, and never acted like he was different. Instead he uplifted everyones around him with his ability to refuse to be a victim.
by Chuck Ness
This is a story of a boy who lost his eyes to cancer at the young age of three, but you would never have known it if you had seen him riding his bike.
Ben Underwood was just a few weeks shy of his third birthday when his eyes were surgically removed because of retinal cancer. With his Mother pushing him to use the senses he still had in order to get around, Ben began learning to live like most blind individuals, but only until he started doing things that only sighted people can do.

Anita MonCrief, A Modern Day David Fighting Obama, Acorn, & the Democrats
by Chuck Wolk
Post Scripts recently posted an article titled, "First Black Tea Party - Houston". The article tells us how America's first majority black Tea Party has begun to educate those in their urban neighborhood of Houston. One of the founding members of that Tea Party is Anita MonCrief, who is also a Freeper as I am. Besides that insignificant fact, another interesting fact about Anita is that she is Whistleblower.
Ms MonCreif blew the whistle on the illegal activity of her employer, ACORN. When ACORN officials learned she was going to speak out they trumped up charges that she was using a Project Vote credit card to pay for personal items. The charges however were proven, and Anita MonCrief has been a thorn in their side by testifying in court against them.
Second Graders Engage In Sex Acts While Teacher Present
News has recently broke about two second graders engaging in sexual acts in a classroom while the teacher was present. After reading the article about it you will learn that this is not the first time such an incident has happened in this teachers classroom.
First off, this teacher should fired period, but the teachers union will make sure that this teacher not only keeps their job but will probably be put in charge of young children again.

Invisible Camouflage by Habitat Camouflag
Habitat Camouflage™ patterns have made them almost impossible to see anyone wearing them)
Before you watch the video, I thought I would help you better understand what camouflage is and what it is used for. Camouflage is the ability of creatures or persons to conceal themselves by exhibiting similar colors and patterns to their surroundings.
Natural camouflage occurs among many animals and birds, allowing them to escape predators, or to be unseen by their own prey. For example, a grey squirrel in a habitat of granite slopes and scree can appear inconspicuous, or a flounder (flat fish) can appear almost invisible among the pebbles on the ocean floor. There are even some animals, including chameleons and octopus, which can change their color to suit their environment. Evolutionists claim that animals have evolved camouflage colors and abilities as an adaptation to their habitat which provides for better survival.
Camouflage clothing is used within the military
to allow soldiers to be less visible to their enemy when maneuvering.
Camouflage colors were rarely used before the twentieth century, but
khaki uniforms were adopted as a camouflage strategy in the trench warfare of World War I. By World War II, uniforms with printed camouflage patterns were being used by many armies.
The most common military camouflage consists of green, brown and black shapes, allowing soldiers to camouflage in forest surroundings. Other variants are used for other terrains, such as beige camouflage for desert operations, and white camouflage for arctic conditions.

Tucson Assassin Was A Zeitgeistist, A What?
by Chuck Wolk
In yesterdays post I told you that when Jared Loughner's former friend, Zach Osler, spoke to ABC's Ashleigh Banfield, he told her that Jared did not subscribe to the left or the right in politics. The only problem with that is Zach then told her that Jarred was profoundly influenced by Zeitgeist documentary and that it really altered his mind-set on how he viewed the world. So then what exactly is this Zeitgeist all about?
Basically, the documentary, "Zeitgeist", is the propaganda arm of an organization called "The Venus Project". The Venus Project is a movement aimed at overcoming the supposed lack of sustainable communities for mankind on the planet. The Venus project was going to begin a transition into a new, sustainable social design based exclusively on strategic resource management as the starting point for all decisions. With the current financial troubles around the world, the project has stepped up it's effort to convince people that now is the time to begin seriously considering their concept of life for planet earth. That's what the documentary says, but in reality the "Venus Project" is a scam.

Shooter Never Listened To Talk Radio, & Called Gifford Stupid After Meeting Her
Friends and school mates of Jared Loughner twitter that he was a leftist who met Mrs Giffords and then thought she was stupid and unintelligent. Another friend of his was interviewed by "Good Morning America," on ABC. He told them that Loughner wasn't shooting at anyone in particular, but in fact was shooting at the world in general. As for talk radio or politics, Loughner is said to have never watched television nor did he ever listen to talk radio. Interestingly, while some friends say that the assassin was a lefty, Ashleigh Banfield told ABC that he was neither on the left or on the right, he claimed no to adhere to no labels for his political beliefs. If anything, Loughner's former friend said nthat he was mostly influenced by the Zeitgeist Movement.
